All components can be ordered in brass, copper, or stainless with a brushed or high polished finish. A clear laquer finish can be applied to brass and copper.  All components come in three styles Signature, which is a clean contemporary style, Harvest,  which is a traditional style, and Olympia, which is a fully rounded style.  All pot rails ends are finished with coordinated end pieces to complete the pot rail.
Specifications

Rails are constructed from 5/8" Outside diameter stainless steel, copper and brass tubing.  The center-line from the rail to the face of the mounting surface is 1-5/16".  The joining of rails to other components (i.e. elbows) is accomplished with an aluminum rail connector, which should be placed under a rail-post for a visually seamless connection.
Mounting and Attachment
Attachment of rails is based on the mounting application, such as a range hood with inside access or front mounting.  Inside access hood mounting requires a stainless steel mount with a recommended 10-32 x 1" long stainless steel screw with a lock washer and stainless steel nut.  An optional #10 stainless steel sheet metal screw is also provided as an alternative for front mounting.  All necessary hardware is provided with each rail post.  
Standard Kits




Standard length kits are available in all styles, material, and finishes.  Kit sizes start at 30" and are available in 6" increments up to 60" length.  All kits are supplied with rail posts, rail, coordinated end plugs and all mounting hardware.
Options
Elbows are an option available to custom design your own pot rail.  All rail elbows come in stainless steel, copper, and brass; all are supplied with a brushed finish.  Copper and brass are supplied with no protective layer and can be finished to suit individual needs.
